The movie revolves around the lifelike doll known as M3GAN is a marvel of artificial intelligence. It is programmed to be a child’s best friend and a parent’s best ally. Gemma, a brilliant roboticist, created M3GAN, which can listen, watch, and learn as it plays the roles of friend and teacher, playmate and protector, and friend and teacher. Gemma’s decision to give her 8-year-old niece an M3GAN prototype has unimaginable repercussions when she becomes the unexpected caretaker.

Akela Cooper wrote the screenplay for the upcoming American science fiction horror film, which was written by Cooper and James Wan and directed by Gerard Johnstone. Along with Divide/Conquer, it is produced by Jason Blum and James Wan under their respective banners of Blumhouse Productions and Atomic Monster Productions.
