Synopsis
Just like the previous film, The movie follows 17-year-old Tanya, played by Jones, preparing to spend the summer in Spain with her friends before starting college at Howard University.
But her plans are ruined when her mom, portrayed by Ms. Pat, goes to a wellness retreat in Thailand, leaving Tanya to care for her three siblings.
Things get chaotic when their elderly babysitter, played by Squibb, unexpectedly passes away.
Tanya then enters the working world with the help of the determined Rose, played by Richie.
Balancing work, her siblings, and a complicated love life, Tanya is thrust into adulthood, giving up her dream summer for a load of responsibilities.
