Fox News Reporter Benjamin Hall after being shot in Ukrain says “Pretty Damn Lucky” to be alive- Benjamin Hall is a British journalist who serves as a State Department correspondent for Fox News Channel and is based in Washington, D.C.

Benjamin was wounded in Ukraine during an attack that killed two of his colleagues and felt “pretty damn lucky” to have survived.

Benjamin Hall survived an attack

He was riding in a vehicle with cameraman Pierre Zakrzewski and Ukrainian journalist Kuvshynova last month. They suddenly get struck by an incoming fire near Kyiv. Zakrzewskiand Kuvshynova both were killed.

Benjamin Hall said on his Twitter post along with a photo of himself on a stretcher, wearing an eye patch that “To sum it up, I’ve lost half a leg on one side and a foot on the other. One hand is being put together, one eye is no longer working, and my hearing is pretty blown,”

In his earlier tweet Hall paid tribute to his two fallen colleagues. Zakrzewski was a veteran war-zone photographer who had covered multiple conflicts for Fox News, including in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria.

And another one was Kuvshynova who had been helping Fox’s crews navigate Kyiv and the surrounding area while gathering information and speaking with sources.
