Finn Balor Wrestlemania 38- Fergal Devitt is an Irish professional wrestler currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand under the ring name Finn Bálor.
When he is signed with WWE, Devitt worked under two characters: Finn Bálor and The Demon, a darker and more aggressive otherworldly alter-ego.

Despite being United States Champion, he will not be competing at WrestleMania 38 this weekend. WWE fans voiced their anger and are upset that both Balor and Intercontinental Champion Ricochet are missing from WrestleMania.
Finn Balor replied to the fan support on Twitter and wrote “I HEAR YOU”
Intercontinental Champion Ricochet also does not have a scheduled bout for WrestleMania 38. Sharing his thoughts on the snubs, former Intercontinental titleholder Sami Zayn defended the decision to not feature every WWE title at WrestleMania.
