JJ+E Overview
This is in reference to two lovers, John-John and Elizabeth. The film is also known as Vinterviken or Vinterviken 2021 in Sweden, a reference to the swimming place in the outskirts of Stockholm, the two teenagers are grown up in the same city, yet they lived like never met for years, split up economically, socially and culturally.
This is all until they started taking their classes in the same high school. This movie seems more exciting than the other teen romance from the US, not because it looks good but also that it is more genuine.
