The series follows the adventures of the city’s community workers, such as the police, firefighters, and sanitation workers. Among the characters thrust into extraordinary adventures is cop Sgt.
Duke DeTain, crisis-ready fire Chief Freya McCloud, grumpy street sweeper Shirley Keeper, eager handyman Harl Hubbs, dedicated city Mayor Solomon Fleck, Vice-Mayor Carol Yay, rivalry businesspeople R.E.
