Top Gun: Maverick become the highest-grossing film of the year along with Spider-Man: No Way Home which passes the $400 million domestic box office.
If we put an eye on the international level then this sequel of Tom Cruise is breaking records every day as it reached the $362 million on the international chart and set the level of $783.8 million globally.
And we are not surprised to know that the ticket sales are still going strong. This is becoming a high watermark for Cruise’s career as is going to overtake his highest global record holder film Mission Impossible: Fallout which sets the record of $791 million globally.
Original Top Gun was landed up on $440 million and the sequel went so far from this. We can hope that this will hold the record for the year as we are in the mi of 2022 and there are much on its way to come out this year.
