Universal Pictures has released the official trailer for the movie M3GAN, Blumhouse’s upcoming horror thriller, which is from The Conjuring universe creator James Wan. The film is scheduled to release the next year of January 13.
The trailer has a young girl who just lost her parents in a car accident, leading to her unprepared Aunt Gemma becoming her guardian. To cheer her up, Gemma introduces her to an advanced life-like doll programmed to protect her at all costs.
The film is directed by Gerard Johnstone from a screenplay written by Akela Cooper which is based on a story by Akela Cooper and James Wan. The film casts Allison Williams, Violet McGraw, Ronny Chieng, Brian Jordan Alvarez, Lori Dungey, and Stephane Garneau-Monten.

Gemma becomes the caretaker of her orphaned 8-year-old niece, Cady, Gemma’s not sure and not prepared to be a parent. Under intense pressure at work, Gemma decides to pair the M3GAN.
