Gannibal is a 2022 Horror Thriller Japanese series. The series is created by Shinzô Katayama, who also created Siblings on the Cape and screened by Takamasa Oe, and it is coming under the production of Teruhisa Yamamoto, they both are very well-known personalities who were nominated for Oscars in the year 2021 for their work on Ryusuke Hamaguchi’s Academy Award-winning feature Drive My Car.

The series is based on the manga series of the same name which is written by Masaaki Ninomiya and is set in the fictional village “Of Okamura” in the mountains of Japan.

Daigo Agawa is the leading character of the series. Daigo Agawa will be played by a well-known personality Yuya Yagira, who won the 57th Cannes International Film Festival Actor Award in “Nobody Knows”.

Synopsis
