The Hunger Games was first published in hardcover on September 14, 2008, by the Scholastic press. The cover was designed by Tim O’Brien. The initial print of the book was around 2,00,000 but in the month of February 2010, the book had sold 800,000 copies. The Hunger Games has been translated into 26 languages and it is sold in 38 territories.

Such a great book! I have read the book seven times since last year. The new prequel is so good and full of twists and it is very exciting that it might be my favorite book in the series. The book is original with entertainment and gore. Hunger Games should be rated 10/10. If you guys have not read this book then please read it because it is the best thing you will ever do.
